• Students independently will be able to define the term Metaphor using the Frayer Model Worksheet

• Together as a class, students will begin reading the forward for The Autobiography of Malcolm X

• Students will review the R.A.C.E. Strategy for answering reading comprehension questions 

• Together as a class students will be able to answer a reading comprehension question using the R.A.C.E. strategy

• Students will individually finish the DRP Placement Test

• Students will be able to have time to finish college essay rough draft.
