  1. Identify (1) literary element. 
  2. Find (1) piece of textual evidence from any current reading. 
  3. Give an analysis how the evidence relates to the element
For example 

1.  Conflict 

2.  "Too easily impressed; she liked whate’er" (My Last Duchess by Robert Browning)

3.  This quote demonstrates the conflict the duke had with the Duchess implying that his wife was to easily attracted to other people.  Most likely other men and he was not pleased with that aspect of her and wanted people to know.

  • Students will submit a revised, typed, copy of Career Essay or Personal Narrative essay. 
  • Students will work on (1) assignment (reading comprehension questions, short response or reading for a core course)
